My M2 shoots to point of aim at 40 yards and so did my SBE2 for that matter. … A 60/40 pattern is 3 inches high, a 70/30 pattern is 6 inches high at 40 yards. This Benelli test target is “within parameters” according to Benelli.

I prefer the ‘pump action’. It’s reliable, dependable & a hand movement I’m very familiar with 😉

I love my Benelli M2 Tactical, I got it at a discount, and feel it was well worth the ~$1k that I paid for it. But for $2500+, no way. Now that said, I’m not a competitor, and I understand people spend a ton of money on game equipment. I just don’t see how adding some aftermarket bits of aluminum and grinding the bottom of the receiver can more than double the value of the gun. But to each his own.
